Our machinery park includes:

- CNC sliding headstock lathes with 5/9 axes, featuring sub-spindle operations and radial tools, up to ø 32 mm;

- CNC fixed headstock lathes with 5/6 axes, featuring sub-spindle operations and radial tools, up to ø 70 mm;

- machining centres with a working area of 380 x 790 mm;

- auxiliary machines for every production need, including milling machines, column drills, cut-off saws, finishing machines, washing systems, and tumbling machines.

We consider precision the key to our work, which is why we use state-of-the-art measuring instruments, including:

• Micrometer-calibrated calipers and pins

• Gauges and rings for thread inspection

• Equipment dedicated to testing the pressure of gas and methane nozzles

• Mitutoyo optical projector for dimensional and profile inspection with maximum accuracy

Since 2021, we have been ISO 9001:2015 certified, an internationally recognized standard that reflects our ongoing commitment to ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety at every stage of the production process.
